the diagnosis about my wrist

hey, everyone! i went to the doc today, and, i sort of found out what is wrong. apparently, it isn't my wrist..it is my thumb. what happened..as what the P.A. said...is that i pushed my thumb over the limit..so, the tendon got messed up or something, and it is pushing against my nerve in my thumb, which is causing it to get tingly and numb up. I have to wear a brace on my thumb (i can't move my thumb with it on), until i start physical therapy twice a week for two weeks. if that and the brace doesn't get rid of the tingling..then, i have to go in a second time, and, i have x-rays..and see what happens from there. so, please continue praying for it.
